Welcome to OGOB, the Oomycete Gene Order Browser. OGOB is a tool for visualising the syntenic relationships between Oomycete species. OGOB is a curated database that hosts genomic data and annotations for Phytophthora, downy mildews, Pythium, Albugo, Aphanomyces and Saprolegnia species.

Start browsing by clicking the 'Browse' button, or by typing the name of a specific gene in the control panel below (e.g. PITG_18453). You can also search the OGOB database for specific annotations / gene IDs or query sequences with BLAST. Data hosted and generated by OGOB can be downloaded from this page.
